Paleo Chili
This post has been a long time coming. Being that winter is approaching, I thought it would be fitting to share this recipe I have made many times. So here we are talking chili - and not just any chili but paleo chili! Don't be fooled by the long list of ingredients. Everything works in harmony together once you get it all into the vessel. I use a 6 quart slow cooker (this one) and it fills to the brim when I add all the items. Let me know if you make this and win any chili cook offs!

Turmeric Cauliflower Rice

Today I am going to give you the key to unlocking a dish which will serve a very versatile role on your plate. It can be a side dish or better yet, a great base for you to top with your favorite curry, stew, or meat dish. Of course I am talking about cauliflower rice, and not just any cauliflower rice, but turmeric cauliflower rice! Lets talk turmeric for a second. Native to South Asia, this plant is used in many different types of dishes to bring out a unique earthy and slightly peppery taste. Beyond that, turmeric has been know to be extremely good for you and provides many health benefits that you can review here. Drum roll...and now for the recipe:

Adobo Chipolte Chicken
Do you like easy recipes that pop with flavor? I hope so because today's post is about just that! This recipe is best when used with chicken on the bone but you can also sub in chicken breasts. It's a delight because you get that smoky spicy flavor in a short amount of time. I often use this recipe when I want to cook a big batch of chicken for the week because it keeps well in the fridge after it's cooked. Let's get started!
